1. Who we are

BlockBore™ and BlockBore Blitz™ (the "Game") are created and owned by K.B. ("we", "us"). By opening or playing the Game you accept these terms.

2. Ownership

The Game, including its software, physics and game design, visual style, graphics, sounds, music, text, names and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 K.B. All rights reserved. BlockBore™ and BlockBore Blitz™ are trademarks of K.B.

3. What you may do

You may play the Game for personal use, for training, or to host Blitz sessions at your own meetings and events, free of charge, as long as you follow these terms.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, extract or scrape the source code, assets or data of the Game.
• Create a game, simulator or product that copies or imitates the Game, its mechanics, look or features.
• Use screenshots, recordings, code or any other part of the Game to train, prompt or instruct any artificial-intelligence system, or any person, to recreate or imitate the Game.
• Use the BlockBore™ or BlockBore Blitz™ names or logos without our written permission.
• Cheat, interfere with the leaderboards, overload the service, or use offensive names or images.

5. Your names, photos and logos

When you play Blitz you may enter a nickname and add a photo; a host may add a company logo. Only add content you have the right to use. It is shown to the other people in the same game and is not used for anything else. A host may remove any name from the screen.

6. Privacy

• Blitz: we store your nickname, optional photo and score for the game you join. We do not ask for your real name, email or location.
• Early access form: we store what you type in it, only to contact you about BlockBore™. We never sell or share it.
• Data is kept on Google Firebase servers. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

7. No warranty

The Game is a simulation for entertainment and training. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and must not be used to plan or operate real drilling. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms or the Game at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
